Here's how to pack correctly:

Please choose a sturdy shipping box. You can order our tried-and-tested safetybox boxes on this page.

Fill the base with thick cardboard or polystyrene chips. 

Wrap the bottles (without any existing outer packaging) in bubble wrap or newspaper.

Fill any gaps in wooden boxes or tubes with paper so that no bottle wobbles inside the packaging. 

Build partitions out of thick cardboard between each bottle or tube etc..

Fill each space with cardboard, paper or chips. 

Place thick cardboard over the items as a lid. 

Please place a sheet of paper on top with your name, your username (BidderID), and clearly note any items that are intended for one of the next auctions!

Seal the package with Tesa Pack (preferably transparent). 

You should not hear anything when you gently shake the package.

Please send your auction bottles directly to us.

• From Auction 2025-04: The sellers fee from the Hammerprice: 1-5€: 1€, 6-49€: 15%, 50-499€: 10%, ≥500€: 5%.
• Items Banned from auctions
• Order safety box(es) for 6, 12 or 16 bottles to ship your bottles to WhiskyAuction.Com (inside Europe only, except Switzerland), see below:
• Fee:  box for 6 bottles inside Germany 5 Euro and inside the EU 10 Euro
• Fee:  box for 12bottles inside Germany 6 Euro and inside the EU 11 Euro
• Fee:  box for 16 bottles inside Germany 7 Euro and inside the EU 12 Euro

Safety Box for 12 bottles.
Please leave the cardboard inlets inside and
separate all bottles from each other.
